Research interests : nonlinear optical in bulks and fibers, OPA and OPCPA for ultra-short pulses, laser amplifiers, ultra-fast technology, laser-matter interaction
My work is focused on the creation of new, high-power, short-pulse laser technologies and their exploitation in challenging studies of ultra-fast phenomena. This activities requires expertise in the control of ultra-short pulses, fibre lasers , high energy amplifiers and nonlinear optics together with experiences in laser applications (analytical science, non linear spectroscopy, coherent control and laser-plasma experiments) to be able to tailor cutting edge sources to meet demanding experimental requirements.
I am currently leading projects on the amplification of ultra-short pulses in fibres funded by the "Agence Nationale de la Recherche" ANR (projet JCJC-FiberAmp, ) and "la région Franche Comté" (SIMULIE project). You can find more details here.
